And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

I am a Registered Herbalist and Holistic Health Coach with an enthusiasm for natural medicine. I received my four year undergrad honours degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2011. I followed that with 4.5 years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where I studied Eastern and Western medicine. I graduate from CCNM in April 2017; however, despite my profound respect and appreciation for Naturopathic Doctors, I have decided not to become a licensed ND. I have discovered a deep love for herbal and energetic medicine and that is where I want to strengthen my focus.

I am currently studying for my masters in herbalism at the School of Natural Healing in Utah and becoming a certified Detox specialist through Dr. Robert Morse in Florida, USA.

I believe that healing is an art. I find complete satisfaction in helping others achieve their personal health goals while helping them glow from the inside out and outside in.

I have a special interest in holistic beauty and aim to help my clients strengthen their mind-body-spirit connection to restore whole body awareness. I help my clients live with vitality, reach their highest vibrational frequency, and empower them to discover their life's purpose through the use of a whole foods, herbal support, and detoxification.

Healing Journey

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2006. Since then my perspective on medicine and health has never been the same. Conventional medicine served a great purpose during the early stages of my healing journey but, I found it only took me so far. Despite listening to my gastroenterologist and eliminating gluten from my diet, my body was still very sick. I was hyper-sensitive to many different foods, I was swollen with oedema, I suffered from chronic fatigue, I lost chunks of hair, my nails wouldn't grow, and I had such extreme brain fog that I couldn’t form proper sentences. As a result, I sought out care from an alternative medicine practitioner and to this day I believe she saved my life. By following a strict detoxification program I found balance and greater health. The suffering I have endured throughout the years has been a blessing in disguise. I understand my body better now than ever before and I appreciate the significant impact food has on the body, immune system, adrenal glands, and overall health. I now aspire to help others the same way that I have been helped.

Let’s get personal

Herbal and alternative medicine developed from a personal hobby into a blooming career path; however, beyond work, I have a deep love for my poodle named Caicos, traveling, yoga, reading, cooking, dancing, public speaking, modelling,  film and television and of course, my amazing husband, Mike Holmes Jr. We were engaged in November 2016 and married August 2017. He has brought light and happiness to my life since I met him in 2006.

Purpose

My aim is to provide guidance and support to those interested in achieving the ultimate in health and beauty from the inside out and outside in.

I work with strong and passionate people from a variety of professions, each aspiring to make positive improvements to their life and health and spirit.  I believe that true health can be found when there is balance created between your mind-body-spirit. We live in a fast paced world where the measurement of happiness is often based on our level productivity; where the demands from work, family, and friendships are high and the expectations we place on ourselves are even higher.

Despite how hectic life can be, there should always time for YOU. Taking care of yourself is actually the least selfish thing you can do because when you are happy and healthy, those around you will thrive as well.

We spend so much time “doing” that we often forget how to just “be”.
